Hello. I am trying to run sales campaign but the problem is that for single image I am putting 1080*1080 image size and it's showing error that it will display my on 12-14 places. And same in carousel images also. Please help, do we need 2 image sizes 1080*1080 and 1080*1920 or one is enough??

Hey I'm trying this out.. but it's only showing single image or video under traffic objective. I only get the carousel option when I use the sales objective. However, sales objective doesn't allow me to target specific audiences with audience+. Are you having the same problem? Did they disable the carousel feature ? Right now I'm trying to do a workaround by first running the sales objective, and then using that post to run it as a traffic objective.

what about the placemet ads that have yellow triangle? My images size don't fit all placement types, for example if I delete the video from instagram search results grid it also gets deleted from search results feed, how do I do this without creating another ad set?

same Upd: ohh… well.. choose “manual traffic campaign” and carefully add all the carousel pictures, just wait for everything to load well. I tried it again and it worked. :)
