True, we've just visited the water falls (Tad Sae and Kuang Si) and the peaceful town itself last month. Nice drone's views. Some infrastructures need improvement to really attract more domestic and foreign visitors. It's truly nature's paradise for everyone. Thanks for sharing with useful and enthusiastics descriptions.

I just want to say that Laos 🇱🇦 is extremely underrated and overlooked.I watched this short documentary of Laos on KZbin and it was about these Chinese teenagers that live in Laos they designed the train cars and help design the overall structure of the stations of the train line that runs from Laos to 🇨🇳 China and yep that is how I found out about Laos 🇱🇦 😅.

Sabaidee!!! I have been in Luang Prabang. Very affordable and beautiful. There is an excellent elephant sanctuary near Kwangsi that is sustainable and treated elephants naturally compared in Thailand. What you have said it is totally incredible!!!

Laos I have heard is very beautiful. If I visited Laos, it would be more than just for the beauty. I have been reading a lot about the history of Laos and I am interested in all these Laotian political figures - Prince Souphanouvong, Kaysone Phoumvihane, Prince Phetsarath, Prince Souvanna Phouma. My favourite Laotian was General Phoumi Nosavan.

I was in LP and Vientiane last year. I agree that it is a fabulous place to visit. In addition to everything you said, I like the laid back lifestyle and light traffic for the most part. No particular worries about scamming or touts. I was a bit surprised by how much English is spoken at least in visitor-related services. It is also quite affordable for those with USD or similar currencies, though I understand the inflation for locals has been bad, for which I am sorry.
