I felt sorry for Celine, because I thought if she watches this movie she'll be SHOCKED to see who acted her part. It was so disturbing to watch! All scenes, but ESPECIALLY the childhood and youth parts... The actress is of 'mature age' (to put it nicely) and her cheeks and eyelids are saggy - why to have her play someone young? It totally destroyed the movie! Everything else was well done, the rest of the cast and everything. I find it BAFFLING they allowed her to snap the leading role - she must have demanded it.... In the beginning I thought it was a parody, and they wanted to purposely make Celine look uglee... She was a bit of a goofball as a kid but she wasn't uglee.
