I love Alison Kraus's voice. If you didn't know, this song was originally by Keith Whitley. You might want to check out his version. He was a country artist with several good hits in the late '80s and maybe early '90s, but he passed away right when his career was taking off.

There is something that only the truest diehard Country/Western fans live by, and that is that "Country music is not just about a man's woman leaving with the truck, dog, kids etc. It's a genre of music that truly speaks from the heart to all walks of life. In this day and age people are so caught up in the fast pace of life, they can't be bothered to let a little of "the feels" creep in. If only they would take a moment, like you have, you wonderful woman, and stop and smell the proverbial "roses" once in a while, this mad, mad world wouldn't be so bad after all.
