ఒక గుడిలో ఊరేగింపు కోసం ఒక ఏనుగును ఉపయోగించేవారు.ఆ ఏనుగు ఒక రోజు శుభ్రంగా స్నానమాచరించి రోడ్డు ప్రక్కగా నడుచుకుంటూ వస్తోంది. దానికి ఎదురుగా ఋరదలో పొర్లి పొర్లి ఒక పంది వస్తోంది. ఆ పంది తన తోకను ఆడిస్తూ వచ్చి పోయే వారి మీద బురదపడేలా నడుస్తోంది. ఏనుగు ఆ పందిని చూసి దూరంగా నడవసాగింది. తనను చూసి ప్రక్కకు వెళ్ళడం గమనించిన పంది మరో పందితో ఇలా అంటుంది చూసావా ఆ ఏనుగు నన్ను చూసి భయపడి ప్రక్కకు తప్పుకుంటోంది అని గర్వంగా చెప్పింది. ఆ మాటలు విన్న మరో ఏనుగు ఈ ఏనుగును ఇలా అడిగింది నువ్వు నిజంగానే పందిని చూసి భయపడ్డావా అని. గుడికి వెళ్తున్న ఏనుగు ఇలా సమాధానం చెప్పింది "నా కాలితో తొక్కితే ఆ పంది నుజ్జు నుజ్జు అవుతుంది దానికి నేను భయపడటమా..??? నేను ఒదిగి ప్రక్కకు వచ్చింది దాని మీద ఉన్న బురద నా మీద పడితే నేను అశుద్దం అవుతాను " నేను ఎంతో భక్తి శ్రద్ధలతో నా స్వామి సేవకు వెళ్తున్నాను. నీతి: మన బలం ఏంటో మనకు తెలిస్తే చాలు. ఇతరులు ఎలా మాట్లాడినా పట్టించుకోకూడదు.......👍👌💓
