I do a praise workout small group at my church-The Church at Covington (GA)-on Saturday mornings. You guys have helped me soooo much! I have a full time job (2nd grade teacher) so I can't make up tons of dances. I use soooo much of yours. Thanks abundantly for this! You're a real blessing to me. Plus I love that you use all Christian music. If you ever have a training session I'd love to come.
