Grace, posting lengthy podcasts on a KZbin channel that started as shorter vlog videos is DESTROYING your performance in the algorithm. It divides your audience between those who want podcast videos (a small percentage, as is evidenced by the views) and those who prefer your short form blogs. The more often your subscriber ignore your podcast videos in their feed, the less KZbin will suggest ALL your videos to your subscribers AND non-subscribers. People don't come to KZbin for podcasts. You're uploading content for the wrong platform. PLEASE PUT YOUR PODCAST ON A SEPERATE KZbin CHANNEL to save your main channel! I've been watching you for >10 years and I say this from a place of love. Also, why are your vlog videos mainly cooking now? Your main audience didn't subscribe to a "cooking" channel. We want to see you and your humor. For example, I loved the "Touch Your Stuff" series where you went into other KZbinr's houses and looked at their stuff. ❤️
