They are very happy and thankful about him and his government. And infact, i have not wittnessed any reason why they should not. Paul Kagame is an iconic leader not only for Rwanda, but Africa. All these so called "human rights defenders" , where were they when the Genocide happened?? They made it seem like human rights is the agenda here, which it isn't if we are being honest. They just want him to be removed. They don't care what the people of Rwanda actually want. They only care about what they want. The very same forces that kept Rwanda under tyranny and poverty until Kagames leadership of transformation came into power are the same ones or spirit trying to derail him now through propaganda. Kagame is a true honest pure and transparent individual who wants nothing less than a good life for his people in their own country just as what the western society wants for their people and citizens. We must unite against the evil global leaders who wants to run the world as if they are superior than the rest of us. The day we back down and remain silenced is the day we will be overwhelmed and persecuted by the evil forces of the world. She wasn’t even given time to explain. I followed the trial and I will try to explain to help you understand why Brian’s is not telling the truth : 1. Not a lawyer can not comment on the fairness of the trial but it was transparent every preceding live in Kinyarwanda and English and in my opinion it was independent and as fair as it can be. The guys decided to boycott the trial when it was his turn to bring in his witnesses. 2. Kidnapped maybe not the right word. In court it was discovered he was tricked by his long time friend from Belgium, a pastor who decided to dope him in after he discovered his hand in the attacks in Rwanda. It’s the pastor who contacted the Rwanda investigation bureau, and accepted to be their informant to try and Loure him into Rwanda to get arrested ( he already had an international arrest warrant on him). He talked him into taking him to Burundi by a private jet from Dubai, however tricked him to believing jet was going to Burundi but Rwanda. He got arrested in Rwanda. 3. There was no proof of torture, himself said he was well treated in interview with New York Times even in court he didn’t mention anything of torture of any nature. It’s the family in the US making it up. 3. He had 3 Rwandan lawyers he chose himself to representing him . He wanted his 6 lawyers from US, Belgium, Australia but under the Rwandan law you have to be accredited in Rwanda to represent someone in court. These lawyers aren’t. It’s the same law even in Belgium and US. Lot of things aren’t true largely made up by his family to try and get international attention

On its website, this university says that _“He is also President of the Hotel Rwanda Rusabagin Foundation (HRRF).”_ Yet, 6 months before his appearance on al Jazeera, an article published in The National Interest had pointed out the following: “HRRF, meanwhile, has like the Holy Land Foundation, been notoriously opaque. There is no evidence it has carried out charitable activities in Rwanda (or elsewhere). Evidence shows Rusabagin transferred money to the U.S.-and UN-designated [as a terrist group] Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda, which raises questions about where those funds came from and if the charity [HRRF] played any role.” Because of these criminal activities, the article warns that “some of Rusabagin’s most vocal American supporters [including HRRF’s president brian] might soon find themselves in legal jeopardy.” The article was published on March 11, 2021 under the title: _“Do Hotel Rwanda’s rusabagin Cheerleaders Risk American Prison?”_ The Al jazeera interviewer should have confronted br*an about this. But his own extreme bias prevented him from doing so.

I dont know about others, but I felt that the moderator was biased favouring Brian Endless as more time was allocated to him. I hardly felt that the debate was balanced. @@cobwebtheorem7538 that's besides the point. We hardly got to hear the government spokesperson and the London researcher's point. If this is their reaction to a televised court case, imagine the reaction had it no been broadcasted. Western governments have never had African interests at heart so this is no surprise. Starting from colonisation to destabilisation of post ‘independence’ Africa. Rais Kagame is one of the few leaders to resist western dictatorship of Africa and Rwanda is reaping the benefits. Aljazeera hired many ex BBC people and their coverage of Africa now sounds ‘colonial’. They believe Africans cannot manage themselves without supervision from countries which happen to be responsible for more death and suffering in Africa than was experienced in the tragic genocide in Rwanda.
