They stole* the information then poured billions of dollars from the communist party to upgrade it. Do your research on the business tactics of china(in Shenzhen there is no patent or copyright law. So they use whatever publicly disclosed patent a company or individual makes and then pours money into development and research. what is very important when talking about a Chinese country is to consider its not just a country but rather its a whole government. Research how the CEO of Huawei was in the military then retired and got promoted to the high division of the Chinese Communist party(witch basically run everything in china) that was in charge of business and then magically his company appeared out of no where(it was actually huge amounts of money poured by the communist party to gain more influence and reach in Emerging technologies. Arm yourself with knowledge before you start serving the Chinese food and clean their houses. they look down on other races as if they are inferior and consider their country to be the greatest in the world. I lived in china for 5 years, i have a great understanding of how their Huge business works, how the government controls the businesses and their people and the psychology of their actually people. This message is a warning to find truth, Justice and to guard yourself to how china has been robbing the world for year's whilst we get nothing back but cheep goods from their horrindisly used working class.

to Al Jazeera: Huawei is a good company, but it is a "pride" to the Chinese no more than GE or Google is a "pride" to the Americans, if at all. Still, if Google's CFO was abducted by a foreign country, I am sure most Americans would not feel good about it, especially when it is coupled with accusations laced with arrogant presumptions. 4G belongs to United States’ AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint. The world's countries pay more than 10,000 trillion yuan in copyright fees to the four companies in the United States. China's 4G pays US$100 million in annual copyright fees to US companies. If the countries around the world switch to Huawei 5G, the United States will lose more than 10,000 billion yuan of foreign exchange each year, which is set at 20% of the annual GDP of the United States. Therefore, the United States will not allow 5G in the world. the United States will destroy Huawei to protect the interests of the United States; i.e. stopping the loss of at least 20% of USA's GDP. What a big bully !!!. Let the world know the true & ulterior reason for USA's insistence on bringing down Huawei.

China has been spying and stealing and getting away with unfair trade practices for decades. China bans most US and foreign tech companies from China. Canada arrests Huawei's CFO, Meng Wanzhou for breaking US-Iranian sanctions and selling US technology. China demands that she be released, or else . . . China is also making territorial claims against all their neighbors. If that's not bullying, I don't know what is.

This discussion seems very short on facts. The actual facts seem relatively simple to state. Huawei's chief financial officer is accused of violating sanctions selling telephones to Iran during the initial period of sanctions against Iran's development of nuclear weapons. Huawei is accused and in legal proceedings about the theft of a robot arm used in testing from T Mobile. There is also litigation more than a decade in the past of Huawei stealing some Cisco router source code. Huawei appears to be guilty in both cases. But, neither changes the reality that the bulk of Huawei's success is the result of Huawei's own intellectual property. There don't appear to be any allegations of Huawei theft of property related to its 5g networks or any real possibility of stealing intellectual property that nobody else has. Computer technology of all kinds plays many different critical roles in global economies. There is a legitimate concern about the possibility of computer hardware or software containing malicious functions installed during the manufacturing of distribution process. To date, there appears to be no specific evidence of any history of Huawei carrying out this kind of activity or acting as an espionage agent of the Chinese government. There also is no question that the law passed by the United States Congress specifically applies only to Huawei. More facts would be useful. But endless repetition of the American government's smear campaign don't add any value.

Not sure why foreigners do not understand USA's military & para-military (lawyers, legislators, "corrections", homeland security). Every bully needs a target. For centuries now China & the Chinese people have been good targets. Historians will show you the evidence: Mongols, Japan, Europe, England, ... and now the USA. Back to western psychology 101. My own personal legal history here in white Australia shows the importance & needs for bullying targets. Obviously colored people are discriminated, more so at the talented & senior levels. Bully personality means stopping good communications of every kind.

All this controversial about Huawei is an about 5G connection as none of the western technology providers achieved it, until now other than Huawei. So they want to hold back Huawei 5G technology to not allowing it to their countries until they achieve their version and fully functional which is for the western tech company is far from achieving it. It's a matter of pride being smashed and not accepting the fact that Huawei, in fact, defeated all of them.

This is a mixed bag in MO. I can appreciate both sides of the reality, and let it stand where it stands. Its too complex to write off as right or wrong. I can't judge US and I cant judge China. I commend China for things that some would deem evil, simply because we are living in an evil world. America is also evil, and we are guilty though we never admit to it. We are not on top of the world because we are great, it is because we were willing to do what others either were not willing to do, or did not have the opportunity to do. White supremacy has painted all Western nations as good and righteous while painting everyone else, ex. Venezuela, Cuba, Africa, China, as wrong or evil . Even Russia enjoys free trade and respect from our president even after meddling with our elections. when China try to make the same human sacrifice and use the same bullying to secure a position of security in an evil world, then white nations demonize them and expose what they do. When we are exposed for what we do, the people who expose us are punished, and the white nations agree to ignore the wrong doing, and do not punish one another. That being said, I am proud of China, for the sole reason that they managed to rise up from under white national hegemony and colonialization. They did what they had to in order to take hold of their own destiny, and humbled themselves to below being the dirt under westerners shoes, doing all the things no white nation was willing to do to gain economic foothold. Their people are better off for that I think, and I don't know of a better way they could have risen as quickly as they did. I don't care what people think about communism espionage and the 'ethics' of all that. Before you sit on a capitalist white horse, tell me with all honesty whether capitalism would be in the position of power that it is without slavery, without colonialism, and without unbalanced globalization built upon those unethical practices. China hurt their own people to build themselves up, and the US and Europe raped, pillaged and destabilized other people. Who is better? No one is perfect enough to judge between them. All hypocrites. Now that being said, I am not going to judge US or the rest of the world for banning Huawei should they decide to. China cannot expect me to believe with a straight face, that Huawei is a completely legitimate company. China is in a position where they should not need to cheat as much as they do anymore, but they may have gotten too used to using underhanded practices. The US is still cheating, but it is the government doing it, and not really our capitalist companies. China needs to get their government less and less involved with commerce, since they do not need to have as strong a grip on things as they used to. The future of China depends on the Ego of the government. They need to recognize when it is time to let go of control, and let their nation be free enough to be trusted and respected by other free nations. If you don't care about being trusted and respected then don't try to defend a company like Huawei and continue on the same path. Huawei is their mission to the moon, in comparison. I don't believe they actually want to spy on people, but they do want to dominate and show China's strength, even though it is a false show of strength. US, and the west are guilty of the same things. China just wants to use Huawei to show the world that China is capable of legitimate domination in Tech and manufacturing, to give status and pride to Asian nations, in order to lift the white supremist perception that plagues the world. However, China does not have the credibility to convince the world of this yet, and they continue to use practices that make it hard to trust them. Like making it illegal to compete with a home grown company in their borders. That is not fair play. Why should the world marvel at Huawei capitalist power, when they don't play by capitalist rules? Makes no sense, and China knows this. Their support of Huawei is solely a Government supported and funded propaganda campaign. I don't fault China ethically for trying this, but I simply don't think it is a good idea in 2019 and beyond. Keep in mind the US has done this same kind of thing with some of our own companies but it was during a time when such things were overlooked or deemed acceptable. Companies are too global now to ignore the underhanded things China has done with Huawei. Communism is not a modern system. I think it is necessary to incubate your nation until your nation is strong enough to fend for itself in the global setting, but if it lingers too long you end up like Russia. And this white world is not ready to accept a non-white nation like Russia, where the mafia runs the government and has their finger on nuke buttons. They self appoint billionaires and self appoint the poor, yet the US does business freely with their dirty money and fake wealth. That is not right and it is very....very evil, yet Trump loves these people, while he demonizes China for doing much less.

* They can compete: Cisco is everywhere in China, and isn't Apple already there too? * Let the grip of giant tech bulls go and still be a country? China can learn from the US and how now it has become a lobbyist system without any consideration for the environment or the welfare of its own people. * History can only move forward, communism also does, if a decent amount of Americans learned a little about it instead of watching TV there would be a socialist revolution there tomorrow.
@cecilmcintosh864
@cecilmcintosh864 5 жыл бұрын
@@FF-hy4ro I agree for the most part I think. I don't think communism is inherently wrong, neither do I think capitalism is completely wrong. I believe in a balance, based on common sense. I think culture, past, present, and future should always guide politics. That's why I don't like rigid boxes like 'communist' or 'capitalist', The times are complex and call for more robust solutions to societal goals and problems. China needs to be more transparent and clean up their economic practices if they want the respect they are looking for. Granted the US government is and has been evil, but I don't see Apple and Microsoft, or Samsung that way. They are governed by rules that are for the most part commonly shared across capitalist countries, so that competition is relatively fair. This is why Huawei is not being accepted. They are too closely tied to government to be trusted and respected.
