We aren't giving up meat or eggs ( we raise our own grass fed) but we are wanting to go gluten free. I studied up on garbanzos and they look like the ticket for high protein. Hubby likes falafel and I want to try growing them as greens also for our animals. So I'm gathering my garbanzo recipes and see how it goes. Thanks for this folks, beautiful work.

Hi! I LOVE you guys! You have such a beautiful cooking Duo! I've made at least 10 of your recipes! The chicken and waffles was the Bomb! I had not had mushrooms in over 6 years. I was going through a gut issue and tried to find a nutritionist to help me but they were full or wasn't taking anymore people. So I had no direction. Something told me to go on you tube and I can't tell you what I typed in but I know I was looking for alkaline meals and YOU GUYS came up! I was so ecstatic because you became my nutritionist! My stomach has been doing much better since I started making your meals!. The butternut squash soup!... I've mad it twice! I could eat that All week and month! I've made the bread twice but it still not rising for me. Both spelt and chickpea. The rolls were the ones that rose up for me. I thank you guys for being such a awesome Blessed family to help those like me who needed you at that time to help me make it through. Not even the doctor could help me! Ok, got carried away... With the tortilla chips, can you use olive oil instead of avocado oil? All the recipes that have avocado and coconut, what can you use in place for those ingredients? I'm unable to use anything avocado or coconut and you have such great recipes with that in them.
