The one thing that I really appreciate about Disney's Lucasfilm is the documentaries and psychological analysis that will be made one day about all of KK's issues reflected in the content produced under her. I haven't seen THE LAST JEDI yet, it seems to me that Luke could have called (reached out) to Leia and let her see his location in the galaxy but, then Kylo could have hacked this communication. It's a race to get to Luke first. The Resistance runs out of fuel close to Luke's location. The First Order fleet arrives and the same events occur but, turns out that an old base is nearby and... Luke holds off the First Order until the Resistance can access the old fuel tanks to refuel the remaining ships and the Falcon.😂❤

It's ironic, JJ Abrams admitted somewhere that they were forced (no pun intended) to re-write her character completely as they went because after viewing back one of the earliest scenes shot, the one where Rey first meets Finn & she's all angry & has a massive chip on her shoulder & is just generally being a dick to him - that she had been written like this for the _entire film!_ & so they worried it would put people off her character!!! (aaaa-hahahahaha!) , he says they had to lighten her up quite a bit & pretty much the exact same thing happened with the Jyn Erso character in Rogue One, they had to reshoot most of her stuff because her character like Rey, just came across as an arsehole. Good thing they changed them to the much loved characters they are today.😏
