Very well done , the reason Hancock didn't use haki is cause Blackbeard used his BLACK VORTEX which cancels devil fruits and weakens the opponent and since she was weakened she couldn't use her haki

Tbh if I traveled to one piece world I’d probably not be able to nor want to awaken it. It strengthens you but the price is too high imo. Any conqueror is destined to stand above others and also stand in the whirlwind of trouble! It’s better to be a celestial dragon atleast those guys seem to be able to live peacefully, then find a way to get a good devil fruit and practice armament and observation to a high level. You can still be strong without the burden of being a king. It’s just that the “haoshoku!” moments are too damn cool to give up, just a glare making thousand of people kneel directly, the sky rumbling and the ground trembling as if to announce your presence, too cool! But these types are destined to be unable to live peacefully

Kat and doffy should be B tier as they can only do bursts while Sengoku(presumably), Yamato and Zoro can use advanced. Boa has potential to be able to use acoc as her underlings can use advanced armourment. Kidd should be in C tier as he can’t even use basic coc. If you include the canon ace manga he moves up to B tier as he is able to use it and during marineford when Luffy uses coc ace knows what it is. But C is fine for him.
