Gecko Moria is so strong. If he didnt have his mentality and picked himself up he'd go a bit higher on this list. And since he is basically free now hopefully he will get some character development. Also I dont know how Id rank Jinbe considering we dont have that much to go by, but you did a good job with his ranking. Id love to place him higher, but he just didnt have time to shine yet so he is definitely down there. Boa is weird to rank bc of her df and she had even less time to shine. We only really know she lost to Blackbeard and can delete Pacifista (which seemed strong before the timeskip) Goated List so far. I dont know, I feel like Weevil is weaker than Jinbe and Hancock considering that Luffy also fough Admirals and Marineford and lost. We dont know how close Weevils fight was or am I wrong? Crocodile is also difficult. No real feats so far, hopefully we will see more. Pre awakening Law is weaker than Doffy. Now he is probably stronger, but well he isnt a warlord anymore so during his time as warlord he was one of the weaker ones.
