People calling Wind outfit copy Yusuke’s just prove they know nothing about the motif behind the outfit themselves, Yusuke is a kitsune while Wind is based on a Miko (Shrine priestess) learn some japanese culture before giving critics people

I think people should think of it as not copies of each other but from the same type of show/theater . And so with the same artist there will be similarities . I think they're based off of theater costumes right? This going off of me not playing it.

Also Miko's mask its based on a Hyottoko mask, a character from japanese teather that rappresent comedy, while as fair i know, kitsune masks are mostly used as decoration and rarely wore irl

Can't help but feel some designs are kinda...uninspired? Like, some oddly don't fit with the motif of *thieves* sometimes, like that literal nurse girl, Phoebe and similar. But may be me just nitpicking. Still really enjoy having more characters focused in a new story rather than the same cast for the 5th time at this point.

@@sparktwochristopher7240 Well, Persona 5's motif was also what you consider to be your vision of a rebel. At least, to the original Phantom Thieves anyway. But put like that, it is something to consider. This is also an alternate world, so of course things will differ.

p5x's thieves are more themed around their 'ideal selves' rather than their concepts of what a thief is, so what they look like reflects it, ex. minami wants to be a nurse, so she's a nurse as a kaidol, etc.

My only nitpick is that many of the phantom suits are a bit too out there. Show me these designs outside the game, and I would think its just some random fantasy anime game. I kinda miss the og Phantom Thieves more "grounded" and simplistic suits

There's something about these that bothers me, in the original P5 during the cutins or whatever they're called (pause and go to 0:10) Joker would always appear on the right and whoever initiated the attack would always be on the left (unless it was initiated by Joker or Oracle), here the initiator always being in the left doesn't seem to be the case, despite the fact that knockoff Joker is always on the right

I still feel like releasing new characters before their own story arcs are available makes people care about them way less, cool as they are. Like we love the original cast because we saw how they struggles and how they overcame their fears, but with these characters...they're just cool-looking, they lack the depth others have...for now. I'm sure they will shine more once story content gets added.

One thing I noticed in Genshin and Star rail..there are twice as many female characters as male Perhaps the rebellion discourse has more to do with the Cognitive discourse than theft In P5 each character has a role in the gang Joker the thief/leader, Mona the mind, Skull the man of toil ,Panther the seductress, Fox the art expert, Queen the driver, Oracle the hacker, Noir the man inside, Violett the gymnast ,Sophie the logistics worker, Crow and Wolf the involuntary or external accomplice They were missing the sniper, the explosives expert ,the mechanic

@@dubstepbee6892 I Think he means their actual roles in a Heist ? If yes I Think it go like this : Joker is the leader of the heist, he gives order and way to go. Morgana is the mastermind because he knows about the metaverse and stuff Ryuji is the muscle that any good team have. Ann is the femme fatale, she seduces people to lure them and collect intels ( see shido’s palace ) Yusuke is the Forger, just look at his confident abilities. Makoto is the getaway driver, her persona is a bike, she is the only one who have a licence ( see the maruki palace as an exemple ) Futaba is the hacker for obvious reasons. Haru is the insider, she is a rich girl who knows about how things Work in the upper class ( see shido and okumura’s palace ) The next 4 of them are external accomplices Akechi is the assasin and the one in charge to cover them from the police ( sae’s quote on his confident ) Sophie is in charge of Armament Violet and Wolf are external accomplice

@@claribelmartinez6750 Well to be honest. this ratio isn't bad at all 😅. best male : female character ratio that I play in the past was around 1 : 1.4 seem balance until you mutiply and get 50 : 70 (still nearly but not that close) and also we indirect get a time gap (to save money) between banner so I'm fine with this ratio for me I'm looking for male Navi more cause it isn't occur before (is that possible 😅)

We did recently in a worldwide survey get the option to see if we want it for a Worldwide release so I’m gonna say we’re getting it but as for how long it’ll take, probably not getting it until next year so we got a while

@@BabelEnkidu idk about end of the year only because Atlus’s localization team has been well known for releasing games for the west months or even a year after the games release in Asia, it’s been like this up until SMT V so who knows maybe they’ll be faster this time but if I had to guess we probably aren’t getting this game if it’s happening (which it probably is) until March or April of next year, it sucks but that’s just how Atlus has been in the past, then again who knows maybe they surprise me and get it done much faster
