I don’t know what the percentage is but I’ve gotten almost every character without spending a penny so I feel like it’s pretty generous

I'd say both. I won't lie and say I didn't get lucky: I got 2 kasumi weapons in the same 10 pull, and then I won the 50/50 3 times back to back. However I'd also say the game has been really genenerous with how many crystals you get
