There was a 90's line of Aliens vs Predator toys before the movies ever came out that featured several different types of Xenomorphs and Yautjas. My brother collected some of the xenomorphs while I collected some of the yautjas. There was a few I remember right off, such as the Tusk Warrior, a predator that ended up growing tusks on the side of its face.

The ideal hunters in my personal opinion that I feel would instantly reign amongst the most superior would be Wolf, Jungle Hunter and Scar, in that particular order. If Wolf ever had the opportunity to be the leaders of Jungle Hunter and Scar, the trio would be an unstoppable force, just for the fact Wolf was an elite who had the accolades under his belt to back it up quite literally. Jungle Hunter was already a skilled and powerful hunter in his own right, so I feel he definitely would’ve picked up on some of Wolfs more advanced methods and quickly climb up the skill ladder to an elite himself. Then ofcourse young Scar would have been definitely blessed to have 2 powerhouse instructors to show him how its done, as he already had the guts and skill but lacked direction and focus imo. And plus, what makes them the strongest and most ideal team that never was is their strict honor the Yautja code. These 3 would undoubtedly have been a force to be reckon with, succeeding hunt after hunt!

im so obsessed with the idea of an open galaxy predator game like no mans sky where you can fly around to different planets and hunt shit. But have an actual story underpinning it. With slight rpg elements to craft and upgrade different weapons and armor stylings. I just think concrete jungle was too ahead for its time and studios gave up on trying to make a pred game that isnt about deathmatch multiplyer shit. This character has so much potential it just needs the right focus. I'm so itchy for the right predator experience to play.

Exactly. You could start as a Youngblood, tasked with hunting a Xenomorph. To earn honor. And become blooded. You can also choose to hunt on earth and get skulls from humans if you please, but the galaxy and franchise has introduced many alien species that are "canon" that the predators have hunted over the years. I'd especially like a ranking honor system. Whereas if you become too bloodthirsty and hunt dishonorable targets. You become a Beserker or Bad Blood, and must therefore be hunted down by the various other clans. There's honestly so much potential just being wasted for a good No Man's sky Predator styled game. With limitless environments and hunting grounds all with various dangers and prey, unique weapons, and Custom armor they could "sell" if money is a priority. Hell they could even allow you to customise your Hunter if you wish.

I would have enjoyed this more if it was ordered differently. You switch between different kinds and then go back to the same one. You should have started with the origin stories, then the young ones training, then the trials, and so on going up the ranks to the strongest, then after the king, going to the non typical like bad bloods and exiled.

Some of this information is wrong. You said, in the 1987 film Predator that the fight the Predator had with Dutch led to the Predators realizing humans are a good hunt, and so then the Predator came (in predators 2) to Los Angeles to partake. But that is not true, that is not when Predators realized humans are good hunts. You learn multiple times through subtle hints that the Predators have been hunting humans for a very very long time. Even one simple scene being when the Predator gives Michael Harrigan the pistol at the end of Predators 2, it was a trophy that Predator himself collected from a fight with a human, and the pistol itself says 1715 on it. And in the movie Predators from 2010, they say it has been going on for a very very long time.

The best thing about this entire video is that they never fully scrapped the original prototype design of the predator from the original film that Jean Claude Van Damm wore !!!! They actually kept its design & added it to to Predator lore which is awesome!!!! Too bad the Alien franchise didn't do that with their prototype design of the original Xenomorph that they never used because even though its way different looking , it kind does have similarities tbh & i wish they will eventually add it into the Alien VS Predator lore especially when both prototypes have such a bug like appearance ❤

If you haven't watched The (latest) movie called *PREY* yet then i recomend 10\10 you should. I don't wanna spoil toO much but just so you know the the movie might feel a Lil bit slow in the beginning but trust me the actions won't disappoint. Lastly i agree... non of the sequel comes close to the OG predator movie they sucks A$$ but give this one ( _Prey_ ) a watch... Great video but the one correction I would have have is the Predator from Batman vs Predator wasn't a Bad Blood, while viscous in nature he still didn't kill unarmed victims unless it was deemed necessary such as the old boxing trainer who had witnessed his gym if fignters getting killed but when passed over talked to Batman and the police, so to keep the alien secret the man had to die. Ultimately why the Predator's clan killed him was he fought Batman in honorable combat and lost which meant by the code of honor he had to die and the dead Predator was put on his clan's ship instead of being left behind. This was done for and with honor as the very blade that took the Gotham Predator's life was given to Batman as a trophy before the clan departed.

A lot of weirdness going around about what’s canon, and what goes against canon. And it’d help if a lot of people look into the source material. Almost ALL the canon lore and background about the Yautja is from the AvP comics, that were then adapted to novels. The films after the second film, break so much of it, just for the directors/writers to feel special. And for dumber reasons (I’m looking at you there The Predator). Also, the Yautja decend from the Hish. They all look similar, except coloration, slight head diversity, and sizes (then dress and personality). Such as humans. The new Prey “Predator” is NOT a Yautja, but a different decendent from the Hish. Just as the Hish are not Yautja. The director himself suggests they could be from the same planet but different area. He doesn’t confirm one way or the other (basically he just says he wanted it to look different and move less like a pro wrestler. Lol). Canon is essentially just Predator 1, 2, AvP comics, and Prey movie (which I believe they say decanonized the other Predator movies). Though the comics are for lore and characterization. They technically could be story canon since they’re so far in the future. Also, a lot of people say they’re amphibian or reptiles whatever. But that’s not true and has never been confirmed. Side note. Dutch in the later content is super fricken cool. With his Robo Arm. Dutch, Linn, and Machiko are awesome characters that I’d love to see movies about.

Something I wondered is why Scar continued on when he knew a facehugger got him. My guess is either he wanted to make sure the Xenomorphs on Earth were contained, even if he dies, or possibly the Yautjas have the technology to remove chestbursters safely.
