When I got my saber I got it with a blue crystal, but I also wanted a red one, so I bought one from the place, and when I opened it I said to my dad; “what if I get the black one?” Just as a joke and to my absolute shock, I opened it and a black crystal fell into my hand, I would have loved to capture the sheer joy on my face, and surprise on my dad’s. That was a good day

Black is the absence of light and so it is practically impossible to make a light that is the colour black and it would be impractical for it to have a white light and black plastic for the blade because it would barely work and you would not be able to use any other kyber crystals

I agree to all of these comments. I unfortunatly had a bad experience considering we went through 6 base handles and 2 number 5s. When we finally got it they hooked it up to the blade and it didn't ignite. Everyone got to ignite theirs except me. Its fine because i got to take special pictures after words.

@@Articfly yeah but when you consider how much each ticket cost just to get into the theme park plus the 220 dollars for the lightsaber it's over 300 dollars for a lightsaber that doesn't have smooth swing and isn't neo pixel so in other words the sound is terrible and it doesn't look good when compared to other sabers that come with neo pixel witch will run you about the same price. The experience isn't worth the money if the lightsaber barely functions. (At least in my opinion )

Hey Pup, they are definitely made with less quality pieces, but I think that’s to keep the price more affordable. They may not be the best light sabers, but they are definitely awesome theme park souvenirs! It’s really hard to find an all metal Luke Skywalker saber for $140.

I love the attention to detail they had.from the movies. There was always a distinct sound that each saber had. The blue one is the classic and didn’t sound the same as Lukes green one. Vaders also had a unique sound.

Not really. There are 3 swings sounds, but like the flash-on-clash/hits, there is a delay. Moreover, the movement (fast vs slow) doesn’t matter, it just loops the same 3 swing sounds

I hate how the lightsabers are sensitive. In which I mean when you hit them the clash sound takes a full second to well, play the clash sound. Meanwhile the black series is instantaneous with both the regular and the elite.
