I think like Bonney, Lilith is going through a real time flashback right now and eventually she's gonna loose all of the other Vegapunks. If Lilith happens to join, there's a chance we run into Kid again. This is where this Vegapunk No. 07 theory may be confirmed because they'll know each other. Otherwise we'll never find out that Kid is a satellite unless these two meet and we get to witness it. It also makes sense that Kids might be so angry that he just leaves everyone, like York's betrayal. Man the more you think about it, the more it makes sense. Great vid! Edit: Stuff that Kid builds, especially the Damned Punk Cannon, the detail is so high tech it should only be something that is found on Egghead, and it's even made out of scrap metals. Comparing to Franky. Stuff he builds, take his body modification and The Shogun for example, they're all made with minimum basic shapes and rivets. While Kids has a very futuristic details on them. Oda originally wanted Kid to feature prominently in the story as Luffy's main rival, and there are hints that Oda may have wanted him to return to the story as early as Punk Hazard, but for whatever reason these plans never materialized, presumably because Law overtook Kid in popularity and Oda used him at Punk Hazard instead. So, my theory is that Kid was originally tied to Vegapunk, but that idea has either been abandoned outright or is being kept under wraps, and these references are homages to Kid's original backstory. As for Kid's nature as a Satellite? My guess is that Kid is essentially Vegapunk's failsafe, a clone or blood relation meant to always be away from the other Satellites and only used in an emergency. In that regard, Kid might have been the first successful prototype of the biological type Satellites like Shaka and Lilith, but as a prototype he either didn't possess a designated role to fulfill or his role was to be set aside and de facto abandoned to remove any connection to Vegapunk. So, my crackpot theory is that Kid is the artificial son of Vegapunk, and of the Satellites he represents 'Rebellion', with 'Kid' actually being his original designation as a Satellite. If the original Vegapunk should die or all the other Satellites should be wiped out, a failsafe with Punk Records will be triggered that will back up all of the key information of what's gone down at Egghead Island and what Vegapunk has learned, and that information will be transmitted to Kid and act as his call to arms against the World Government and the reason why he will side with Luffy again in the final battle against the World Government. I'm also going to go out on a limb here and say that the name 'Eustass' is either a play on the word 'useless' and the idea that either Kid himself or Vegapunk do not see him as a 'Useless Kid', or another more off-the-wall theory is that Eustass is either the family name of Vegapunk himself or whatever woman acted as the biological mother of Kid, and so Kid's proper name would be 'Eustass 'Kid' Vegapunk'.

Aniki. Each Vegapunk is related to the word 'punk' in some specific way. At least that's my theory. I mean look at Punk 01/Shaka. His helmet/head is an obvious reference to Daft Punk, the french music duo. If my theory is right. Then Kid being a Vegapunk satellite could be true to. As his character design and ability could be a reference to Victorian Punk. As the the UK event were people dress in Victorian like outfits and have something old and mechanical attached to the costume or body. In fact, Kid's ship is named Victoria Punk, and is crewmate Killer has a mask similar to Shaka's helmet/head.

If this theory turns out to be true about Kid. Then this just got a lot more interesting. I mean, ever since Law got knocked out of they story temporarily/killed off. I've had this feeling that Kid would replace him in his role if the story if we didn't see him again. Even at least for a while. All we need is a good backstory from Kid and it's possible that his popularity could rival even that a Law's during the Dressrosa arc. Personally, I think of Kid of as a good rival character that I just want to see developed more and grow into a fan favourite.

That's some curious hints about Kid being connected to Vegapunk, but I'm doubtful. When he was introduced in the Sabaody Archipelago Arc, he knew nothing about the Pacifistas when he fought one. Also, vegapunk in his child form had ginger red hair which is a nice piece of evidence. At this point, any theory is open to being true. I mean, the clues were always there about the current revelation of what is happening to the world of one piece. MANGA SPOILERS: The world is going to be flooded and there have been numerous pieces of evidence throughout the story that said so. Rayleigh coating ships, laboom being a way to survive at sea, shanks and roger not wanting their crew to eat devil fruits, etc.
