Another potential Seraphim can be S-Doctor, S-Clown, S-Beard, and S-Child. These four are base off of Law, Buggy, Blackbeard, and Weavil as these four are also former warlords plus two of them have paramecia type devil fruit. S-Doctor would have the Ope-Ope no-Me's power while S-Clown would have Bara-Bara no-Me's power making them the strongest Seraphim. S-Doctor can create a room that can cover the entire island or whatever battle ground it's send to which would allow it to just move and rearrange anything it like. S-Clown being already blute damage proof is now also edge weapon proof as it can split its body up to attack from blind spots.

Here's one you missed: Vitan. He was one of the Whitebeard captains, and had a robotic top half and human lower half. Despite the unique & interesting design, he was only in the background of one panel in the manga, (ch 553,) didn't appear in the anime at all, and went unnoticed by the One Piece community. I'd put him in D Tier at best.
