One piece of advice I can give anyone starting off in the hobby of reef or salt water is to make sure your equipment is correct. Uv sterilizer is a must for disease control. Get the biggest tank you can afford from the start. Skimmers, and my favorite biggest sump you can fit

They are slow growers! I always keep a Nori Sheet on the clip at all times! Helps with growing and staying full :)
