sir main abhi 5th sem main hu , aur maine 1st,2nd and 3rd semester bina koi backlog ke pass hua hu, lekin 4th main sirf 1 subject main backlog laaag gaya , kya main eligible, hu icai ke helpline main call kia tha toh unhone bola ki aap kar sakte ho college se ek bonafide certificate leke upload karna padega , please reply
