Shocked and saddened to learn about DAN's failure to act as advertised when a client, Woody from Dive Talk, needed the services he had paid for. Glad he was able to navigate the situation without severe consequences to his life or health but I can only wonder how many were harmed when they found themselves in a similar situation.
