Bro, I personally know a FRM who is in the field for like 20 years now and earns around 50 lakhs. So the 30 lakh walla part is not at all misleading. Irrespective of any given field, if you give time and dedication to your work, it will definitely reflect on your package

Most of his audience are in 15-30 years of age, there's no damm way you can earn 30 lacs with frm. You have to do cfa, mba from tier 1 than maybe you can if you're lucky.

My question is: I want to get into quantitative asset management 'Actively managed portfolios' which deal in global asset classes like currencies, commodities, derivatives, etc. Now, I am confused whether I should pursue CFA or FRM as I am in my second year and I feel that FRM would be much more valuable whereas CFA would be more relevant once I gain certain sort of experience in the industry. Mainly I have 3 main questions: 1. Should I or should I not pursue FRM? 2. For entering into asset management, which course would be more relevant? 3. If I tent to pursue both of them, then what should be the adequate timeline for both these courses? Hoping for a response, thank you!

hey Aaditya, its little personal question but, I m currently going to give my may 24 exams of ca inter. should I go with us cma or frm . does adding degrees like US CMA, CFA, FRM adds actual value to my resume. Also does it will help in getting a good mba school??

Guys I’m pursuing CMA us and cleared part 2 trust me if you want degrees and certification to create a impact on your resume go for FRM it’s much more superior in terms of quality of knowledge and skills Benifits of CMA us could be it’s short term course can be done within 6 months and does add value compared to non CMAs FRM is difficult and requires commitment but definitely adds value more than CMA us Can be done within 1.5 years
