The area is great for food, being outdoors, and affordable (in comparison to Brickell) views of the Bay................. so True! I also recently moved to Edgewater from NYC. Brickell is so overpriced and I found that Edgewater is a more mature area and has great food as well!

I stay at relatives' about 2 blocks away from margaret pace park when in Miami i absolutely love the area especially since it's so close to bayside marketplace. I enjoyed ur video!

@@LivingInMiami Yes!! You are the man I will be hitting up! I am pulling my plans together. Question: I would like to buy a condo that I can also Sublet or put on AirB&B for few months. I plan to travel and shuttle between Miami and New York. I want to rent my condo out at times when I am gone. Are there buildings in Miami that allow this subleasing if I own the condo? I am hearing from friends that this may be a challenge.

I recently moved from NYC and it is so worth it. Other areas are either too noisy attracting a younger crowd or overpriced. Edgewater is really the best!

Yes It is per month, This will include basic cable, some condos offer internet, water, trash, exterior insurance and pretty much everyone that works at the condos security, valet, front desk, maintenance, property management etc.

Nope per Month. Add taxes and thats another $500 per month. All of Princess Dianas sons are taken, and Prince Phillip just died. So, maybe a Arab Sheik?

Per month unfortunately. But you can find something in the $500 range, it will probably be a smaller condo tho, without the great view

It is per month, just imagine if it was per year how would you pay for condo maintenance, security, front desk, valet, pool up-keeping and a million other things. They also include basic cable, some condos offer internet, water, trash, exterior insurance and more!
