Hello! In this video, I will be catching y'all up on where I've been and I will be talking all about my engagement ring. I will be answering questions like is my engagement ring a diamond or a moissanite? & how much my engagement ring cost?! I will also be touching on my insecurities and my fear of a public proposal.

All about my engagement ring:
My custom ring is a 3.4 carat diamond ring. The shape is a elongated cushion cut. Color is an F color with VVS2 clarity. I found the diamond online at rarecarat.com and purchased it from a company based in New York! Best decision ever because the Fiancé was able to get such a good deal on the diamond. The diamond and setting/mounting was put together by Grogan Jewelers by Lon. When we went to get it appraised at Grogan Jewelers, the diamond turned out to be worth more than what we paid for! My ring size is a 4.5!

I thought you were going to say $50,000-$60,000 for the price. So it must be a lab created diamond for the price you paid. It’s beautiful and so are you! You must be in Texas, because you say “ya’ll.” (I live in TX) There is nothing wrong with your hands. They are quite elegant, but I guarantee you are thinking about them way more than anybody else is.

Congratulations to you, I also have a 2.32ct elongated cushion lab grown diamond. I thought I love the square cushion at first but then I ended up loving the elongated shape after I got my engagement ring so then I ended up getting another engagement ring with the elongated cushion. I am so happy now that I get to wear my elongated engagement ring every day.

That is a beautiful lab diamond! I was looking at a lab diamond in emerald cut of that size, but ultimately my husband bought a traditional round cut solitaire diamond.

Yes, lab grown. A natural Diamond of that color, clarity, & carat would be over $50,000.

It's definitely a lab because a natural diamond of that size and color would be around $60-80k. It looks like you need to get it sized, it's sliding all over your finger.
