All about my Vintage CHANEL Classic Flap: Review, WHAT FITS and HOW TO GET ONE

I've wanted this bag for more than a decade, and finally (I cant believe it) I HAVE IT! I've decided to go the vintage route in order to get this bag, and thankfully I found the perfect one in Fashionphile. It didn't come easy--it took me three tries before I got the exact one I was looking for.
For this vlog I shared my Chanel story: how long I wanted it, where I bought the bag, the blunders I've made when purchasing it, and my honest review. This includes WHAT'S IN MY BAG, modeling shots, and full description of the bag.

This made me laugh because I could relate. I think it was in 2006 when I started pining for a Chanel flap and like you, I was blown away by the price and couldn’t justify it. It was about $1500 at the time, if memory serves me right. Wages haven’t really gone up so had I known a Chanel flap would set me back about $4k now, I would’ve just jumped the gun back then. I have a double sided flap bag similar to the “ double faced” bag you returned. They are actually rare and sought after. I have people offer to buy mine all the time, but it is not for sale. Congratulations on scoring a beautiful vintage Chanel! It is lovely! The vintage are actually better quality than the newer bags and the hardware doesn’t turn like the newer ones.

Im the same, Kelly, i used to own few other designer bags but i really wanted a Chanel bag. One day i just bit the bullet and bought my first Chanel bag (rectangular mini) back in 2015 and i’ve never felt so happy! 😁 enjoy your bag!! I have to say your skin is flawless!

I can totally relate! I’ve been wanting the palm springs mini but never could bring myself to buy it... I Finally did after buying multiple cheaper bags over the years and now I regret it! 😩... But the next bag I am eyeing is a vintage medium classic flap and I will buy it for sure now haha... I’m also the one that bought another bags instead of what I really wanted, like you said and it’s never ending. I bought more many and now still feeling like to have the one I wanted at first.
