Ricky reminds me of my husband. A bit standoffish and definitely lacking in PDA. However like Ricky, he would do anything in the world for me. Although Ricky is prone to doing pranks to his wife which is adorable and funny, my husband is quite the opposite. He's very scholarly and into academics so he's every bit formal but very open to anything. Filipinos are naturally warm, hospitable and romantic. I thinks it's a cultural thing based on how we were brought up. Having, more often than not, large family to interact with. Whereas in other cultures, there's possibly more emphasis on independence and pragmatism in the way that they were brought up.
