Ugh. I usually get knocked out for 3 weeks with common colds, because of having to take multiple immunosuppressive medications. I'm afraid to find out what Covid would do to me. I hope you've been able to fully recover.

It also helps to create a safe space on the astral that you start at after you enter via your tree, cave, ladder, etc.- like a home of sorts/or temple that you've built that is protected so that there is a space you can feel safe to return to if it gets intense.

While I don’t know if these experiences are just happening in “the brain” or are actually working with the loosening of bonds between consciousness and body, they are really interesting and do involve what I think is the crux, or the central riddle, of out existence. While our consciousness is sown into our bodies we feel pain, we are limited by time and space, our senses have a limited range, we feel tired, etc…. Out of the body none of those limits seem to apply. Imagination seems to be the only limit. It’s still a mystery to me and I’m no expert at it. I think one thing I would say is that the really big experiences seem to originate from a place deeper in my mind that my normal conscious ego. Whatever it is that impelled us to take birth might be the same thing that allows us to momentarily go beyond the limitations of that birth.

i think i need help getting into a trance. I've tried time and time again, with and without flying ointment, for over 10 years at least now, to astral project or do spirit flight or whatever. i only ever get into a light daydreaming trance, or fall asleep, there's no inbetween. the trances i have gone in, don't even feel like trances (i don't need to come back the way i came, i can just open my eyes and be out) so idek if they even count.

Would you know if I was healed from a shaman from dying a month old as a baby , would I have to pay back as becoming a shaman myself for him saving me .Do I need to Return the favor back ? Ever since I was young a shaman would always visit me was a spirit and I really believe I gotta repay him back by healing others ,This is what I do heal what others have Broken ,After as a adult I lost my life flat lined 3 times and I feel I had to die in other for my Journey to begin...I appreciate you very much Thank you 🙏

I’m a white witch & when I was young I had to stop astral projecting during my sleep bec every time I did I’d travel far in the area where I live & would bump into other “people” their spirits would immediately jump at me & attack me & id quickly go back to my body but when I was finally back in my body I’d have sleep paralysis with the spirit in my room bec it followed me back… how do u avoid this? I’m even more scared to do it awake too… I understand there r certain protections u can use but how do u avoid the danger of evil spirits finding & following u over all?? Now I’m older I definitely trust God & my angels but I’d just like to know how do u prepare for it spiritually so ur 100% secure from bad attachments?

I haven't done any research on shifting but I agree with you that it sounds like maladaptive daydreaming. If I remember correctly the term Shaman is used by traditions/ religions not just in the Americas. I wouldn't call myslef a shaman mostly because I don't feel connected to the term and second I don't practice traditions thaat are considered "Shamanic". I have that spirit flight book on my wishlist. I have a trident (it's going to be used like a stang but it's also dedicated to my main deity Poseidon) and I'm going to try and use it to help with spirit flight. I love Six Ways. I'm reading Changeling by him at the moment, I'm definitely going to do a book review when I'm done. For me, I think doing it all the time would be unhealthy. It would be "Head in the clouds" in a magickal way.
