I'm surprised it has no bluetooth support for the new vacuums, seems like it would be a perfect match.

Good to see a more accurate tilt mechanism than the one on my GKT 18v 52 GC. I can’t believe you even thought a cast, arrow pointer was good enough for a precision tool.

Fantastic video guys. I've been thinking of getting this new saw since you introduced it in the Livestream, now I really want one. I'm curious though that it benefits from a dual-rack ProCore battery when it's not labelled Biturbo, I thought only Biturbo batteries benefitted from the increased Procore power output? If some non-Biturbo tools benefit while others don't that is a bit confusing for customers trying to understand your range :)

So the fsn x system is only compatible with this saw? Other saws that fit with the fsn system don‘t work with the fsn x one?

Wow! A game changer for anyone who cares nothing about efficiency or safety!!! How is that a replacement for a miter saw in absolutely any way??? With all of the tools Boach doesnt have in their line up, why would you waste engineering time making that stupid saw?!?!?! Im a very disappointed Bosch user. :(

Mafell invented this concept, festool and Metabo also have this system. No it’s not a replacement for a miter saw, but it’s fantastic on the job site ie 1st fix and roofing cutting rafters etc. some ppl use a miter saw for cutting studs, I prefer a square and a power saw so this fills in that gap for me to have square cuts every time. Yes a niche product but has been proven popular in Europe with the festool / Mafell etc. I don’t see a safety issue??

@@sampleit1marketing this as a replacement for a miter saw means you're going to have people trying to cut trim and 1xs. Even the demonstration of him cutting the 1x in the video was poor form. I've been framing a long time, I've never seen anyone use a miter saw to cut rafters or studs

Tbh i use this type of saw for a lot of stuff, it is so much easier to bring the tool to the material if you are working with long material but also sheet material (59x244). I have the original by mafell and is very easy when stud framing, roofing, siding, flooring etc. Would not use it for finish trim though. To me it has increased work flow a lot and if you use it smarter then these guys (never lean the saw on the of cut) then it is a very safe saw. Also works on the guide rails making it a once saw can all replacing my tracksaw for 99% of its work. Dont think it was too much r&d but one well spent.

@@TomsTimmervanI agree I would have rather cut from the other side so the saw was supported ….but then you would only see my back and not the cut or how the rail sits against the wood. If I were to cut facing away from the camera I could use it one handed and it would have felt far more comfortable for me also. Using a power tool to camera in a studio is definitely not the same as a workshop or on site 😂
