Simple Idea, big effect:

Can this use the normal charcoal which we normally bought from supermarket? Or its has to use special smokeless charcoal?

Normal charcoal I've used both lump charcoal and briquettes, both work brilliant

Die Mitte ist viel zu heiß aber außen passiert gar nichts. Wie kann man eine gleichmäßige Temperatur in jeder "Ecke" bekommen?

Haube/Deckel hilft. Die heiße Luft wird bei der Konstruktion nach außen gelenkt.

It's never going to get hot enough cook pizza on that thing. Be better off getting a blaze kamado they're made out of solid cast aluminum unlike the ceramic ones

Very good designs. But is it possible to fry potatoes? And is it possible to use wood chips/chunks/pieces instead of coals?

I "grilled" french fries using a grill pan (with holes). Plus a lid that lets the air circulate out (big hole on top). Works, but you can't do much of potatos as the air needs to get through and otherwise the fries don't get enough heat.

I've got one of these and it is definitely not smokeless. The fat collets in the bottom of the stainless bowl and catches fire causing loads of smoke. it should have a drain in the bottom.

I’ve seen people put water in the bowl to help minimize smoke and make it easier to clean.

I think smoke is minimized if cleaned after every use. Some this is a disadvantage as you do not clean the lower part of gas grill every time. But to be honest not cleaning gas grill attracts wildlife. I like the idea of starting with clean grill. But guessing lots of hamburgers and sausages for prolonged cooking would cause a fire. I’ll soon find out.
