Thumbs up for a useful and nice to watch video. Got a say, you two are a good team. The grill is slightly too big for what I am looking for - a grill to have on the table while grilling small pieces of meet etc. fondue style. Also the little buzz from the fan not ideal for this use. We have a virtually identical version of this, ours has a waterline approx 25mm up from the bottom, water catches the oils/fat from the meat and sits on top of the water which makes it far easier to clean, may be worth checking the base of these for the same water level mark
