Bryce and wife, thanks for these videos. I have lost count of the amount of tiny videos I have seen via various channels and honestly after a while; the information starts to get repetitive. 90% of the time without going deeper or looking at a different angle. You have shared something a little deeper in a consistent; concise form which is great. Thank you. I’m sure you did it in a smart way too like probably a discount on your trailer for advertising, (at least I hope you did) because money doesn’t always need to be transferred but mutual gain. I said that to say, these videos were done a while ago, so if a true fan can make a request... if you can do more like this... not a long 20 video like Hulu that shows a house being built in a episode (and as much as I enjoy watching it at the end the viewer isnt closer to understanding more what is truly needed in a tiny house to be safe and sound or about key tools to help with tiny house movement) like seeing all the different areas that must be considered and the importance on not skipping a step or doing something a particular way. Another example will be a series on storage: like storage options you have come across on your travels... like creating new specific content with existing material with a different focus... showing person all various storage for kitchen; one on bathroom layouts; one on front house/dinning room etc... (these ones could be your usual length or broken up over a series) I hope these are great ideas and you see the value... one last idea...this could lead into book 2...these web series details that you will share on KZbin get us hooked and you can then detail it in a book for those who want to read about or you can have extra details like pictures in the book etc... This way not only would the videos be great value but it is buy in for something else. Hope at least one of these ideas add value to you and you can always message me if my message wasn’t clear in any way. But you have perfected a few things now; asking the right questions; bringing content with a little difference; video work and I can see you genuinely want to see more person build houses and in a sustainable way that they will stay or can stay in them and not enough good content is out there about this... someone may tell you about electrical but they drag on and on....you know how to get in there ask the key questions; get it done in 5-20 mins depending on the topic... I truly see this as your next step and you have content to work with already and can progress to interviews on this later but you can go back over the storage ones for example. Keep the movement going and bring to the table what you two can do so well. Create new, meaningful content in a useable way such as video to reach more people. As I said let me know if anything isn’t clear. Would be happy to clarify.

Sorry to be clear; I mean short videos like what you have done here on various topics really digging a little deeper to help the tiny house community grow every more by having truly valuable information in video form and your book can be an up sell or buy in but you are still adding true value by sharing the videos.

So how much did the trailer cost in the end? I already saw some bigger houses with longer trailers (3 wheels on each side). What is the actual size limit on length? I read 7.2m but I think some are bigger... Love the videos. Thanks for the great content.

Do you have a drawing of your trailer design posted any where?
@archangel200319 жыл бұрын
There are a lot of trailer manufacturers out there making heavy duty flat bed trailers that are rated to haul much more than these tiny custom made trailers. I'd start with one of those so the brake, wheel and suspension are already set up.
@archangel200319 жыл бұрын
+petnzme01 Rated to haul....Not just rated to take the weight on the outside or inside but the whole deck including the outsides You never build a heavy duty trailer have you?
@archangel200319 жыл бұрын
+petnzme01 Depends on what size you get and what weight rating you want. You can also get flat decks, step decks goose necks, oh, and they also carry travel trailers on them for transport as well as all kinds of heavy equipment.
@archangel200319 жыл бұрын
+petnzme01 I have seen the trailer assemblies you refer to and they are weaker than those I have built, so YOU ARE THE ONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE! And I did not forget to price one, you are too lazy to look it up! How expensive is a car? Depends on what you want, an econo-box Hyundai, a Tesla, a Porsche, or a Mercedes SUV, the cost varies depending on what you want MORON!
