I had the same issue… Try to use scalp exfoliating serum and conditioner for sure… Donot wash ur hair directly instead collect water in a bucket at night and wash ur hair in the mrng without mixing up the water so that chlorine content gets accumulated at the bottom… It worked for me.. hope it’ll for u
