We love drinking water kefir and enjoy the health benefits from it. Water Kefir is a fermented, probiotic drink and easy to make. It is an excellent replacement for sodas and has a very low sugar content. The kefir grains eat up most all the sugar, and it's not fermented long enough to develop much of an alcohol content. Studies show it's good for diabetics because it helps to balance blood sugar levels. It helps with digestion issues and reduces inflammation which is the root cause of most diseases.
