Loved the open... emmy award winning editing...and good acting. Enjoyed intermission, and LOL trying to start the outboard the first time. The vibe changed when Dad showed up and Warren got back way to fast. Erica - you could have played out being on the boat solo for several more minutes of this episode... with more time underwater and enjoying "me time" would have been relaxing to the viewer. I always enjoy watching Warren doing boat work, and learning...nice endorsement and best wishes with the new batteries and getting your long term visa! ⛵❤😎

Another great video. I couldn’t find the battery bank size. I am so curious about the total daily solar charge vs storage/usage. Also curious if you have the high performance alternators. You may need a tech video on the updated arrangement. Love it all!!

I love the whole Erica doing her "me time" thing. Funny stuff. Ive have heard of that battery Company, but do not know much about them. I know a little about Battle Born, which seems to be the popular system installed on sailing yachts. I hope they do what they say and you enjoy them.

Congratulations on your visa and new batteries , I was always under the impression you needed all the cable lengths the same for balanced batteries. With your bank position looks like at least one was a bit longer. What did relion suggest on this matter it wasn’t really important?

Hi Erica I do understand you very good. I'm in the same situation right now after 4 1/2 years. Me time is nice and important, but we time makes so much more fun. We life on such a small space and can still miss each other. Thomy is on a sailing trip for 3 weeks, while I'm recoverz from a rib bruise. Next time we put us together and have a women time. Insurance companies are starting to refuse cover for boats fitted with lithium-ion battery systems as the risk of catastrophic fire sparked by the technology starts to unsettle the industry. Lithium-ion batteries are making inroads into the marine world as they offer many boating-friendly benefits over traditional battery systems.

We were actually able to sell them, the truth is, as I suspected but could not test without removing the entire bank, only one of the old batteries was bad, and it drug down the rest. So I recycled the one bad one and sold the other 4 as “very used but still have life”

My battery bank (LiPo4) terminals are all greased, on my vessel (Leopard 50) no one else seems to do this? Every solar site I've done on land up to 200Kw same.!

AGM is absolutely lead acid. It is simply a different form of lead acid. The chemistry is essentially the same.

Well! ..... of the two tasks, going back stateside is not the one I would have chosen .... alone time is defined by a lot of people as being away completely, immersed in different surroundings from the norm .... yes some need that and may have the thought from time to time that they wish their partner was there to share this, and many deny this because this does not fit in todays definition of alone time. Alone but not alone is being down the hall doing your own thing but still hearing your significant other move the chair they are sitting, being able to shout out and connect for a second, go see what they are excited about and join the excitement or just tell they are being silly. I guess when you are not sitting in their lap there are different degrees of alone time, both sitting on the couch reading different books and the interaction amounts to wan-another-coffee, is technically alone time, ya there is another human there but that is also true at the spa, Think sometimes the alone time that was strived for turns out to be a disappointment but not admitted . This alone time was forced on you and the rejoining countdown started pretty quick. Have seen people that focus so much on alone time that is seems like that's what they live for and it makes one want to question their relationship. The alone time you talk of and celebrate is when the two of you have no crew aboard ...... had to laugh Erica re the solution to getting the dinghy to start. The vehicle I drive would not start and it always starts and for 45 minutes was failing in this mission. Solution, realizing it was in gear, these vehicles are always left out of gear. Turns out that left in gear "no starty". There were others standing around giving suggestions and a lot of comments when it was discovered that it was in gear. .... you sure are going to enjoy those batteries .... chuckled at your dad cleaning and saying it had not had attention in a long time. Those little things that are not on our radar and then we wonder how on earth it is not on our radar .. you guys are a great team, glad you got the Visa stuff sorted with the high commissioner. I'd be sweating bullets too. One never knows what type of person the gatekeeper is going to be and if maybe their toast was too dark that morning .... thx for the share ...
