I just got to chapter 7, and I JUST learned that there's quite a few characters you cant get until you've basically beaten the game >< Do you suggest skipping quests and just rushing the story mode to get all characters, and THEN coming back to the quests? Or do the quests disappear if you do that? I'd just really hate to do basically all the side content in chapter 7, and then do the story to unlock Jellal, Mira, Laxus and Gildarts…..only for there to then be NOTHING to do with them in the end game :'( I hate that they made them unlockable so late in the game (and no new game + either)

@@Aizen2468 You can't redo requests or parts of the story so I wouldn't advise skipping cutscenes/dialogue unless you don't care too much about it. I've actually got the full story arcs uploaded to my channel if you want to skip and rewatch the stuff later. If you don't do the recruitment board requests you can still do them post-game. Just bear in mind that for certain story progression you need to be a certain guild rank so you'll have to do some side-stuff on the way.

Wendy probably has one of the most badass looking moves in this game like that freakin sky blade kamehameha looks so sick especially when you kill the last enemy with it and you have that extra animation that plays which isn’t necessary but makes her more cool... I might be biased though because she is my 3rd favorite character right behind Mira who is second and Natsu who is first

When Lucy was summoning some spirits, they just show the picture of them, then the enemies got attacked... and Wendy's awaken mode looked creepy. It's almost 2021, some of the effect and detail of this game could be better...

Honestly not sure why they didn't include the character models for all spirits. Would've been great to see them appear with their catchphrases and attack. The only ones you see are the ones that were around for some story dialogue or cutscenes. Where Aquarius was just a simple remodel of the "Siren" enemies :p

The first time Lucy used Urano metria with Angel if I took away all his power but later he trained his magic resistance with Capricorn and he was able to do it without losing all his magic but Raven Tail cheated by making Orga use his powers to cancel magic so that Lucy he will exhaust all his magic and will not defeat Flare. Lucy was able to make Urano Metria without Geminis when she beat Jackal, so without cheating, she is able to use it without wasting her magic.

The fact that 90% percent of her attacks come from her 3rd level Satan Soul transformation is heavily disappointing considering the fact that it's the form that was used the least in the show. Her 1st level Satan Soul exists in the game but only during a unison raid and nowhere else (at least to my knowledge I bought the game recently) and I think the 2nd level Satan Soul isn't present at all which is a crying shame since that form is actually my favorite. However I'm actually very glad that some attacks involve the use of Seilah who was actually my favorite character from the Tartaros arc.

There is a Bond Talk (IDK how to say it in the English version) that like every character can grade up his Bond with any other character, and may have a non-voiced act talk with him. When Lucy talks with Laxus or Gajeel, she asked them why they won't eat their own Steel/Lighting, and they said to her "You must be stupid to think that way, that's gross!" So maybe the Creators of this game did know about dragon slayers eating their own Element.

I love this game. I binge played it from the moment it came out until the very end; grabbing every single trophy. It can use more content for sure but there’s already new DLC that’s coming out by the end of this month I believe. The only downfall (for me) is that you can’t play certain characters until the later chapters and epilogue. This is disappointing for me since I absolutely adore Mirajane. I also really like the stat mechanics in the game. My favorite one is without a doubt; Luck. A Luck + Speed character can move first and inflict easy status ailments on your opponents, giving the rest of your squad an advantage to clean up. I just wanted to share my experience for anyone who’s thinking about getting the game. It’s a lot of fun and a nice break from any frustrating online multiplayer games.

Yeah the content could definitely use some work. We should get more info on the DLC but what's known so far is that 4 new playable characters are added on august 20th and september 3rd. But honestly that doesn't help much content-wise. There should be some story content dropping later this year though, hope we hear more soon!

Lucy Kick should have been upgraded to the Regulus Lucy Kick. 3/5 and 20 MP usage. Why? Because the fact that it doesn’t get stronger in any capacity is ultimately a crime, because Lucy’s attack should be upgraded in the Epilogue!!

Hey - this is actually a known issue that the developer is not going to fix. If you use a character awakening that changes your appearance (Dragon slayers & Gray), the character model won't change whenever you have a different outfit equipped. So, if you go to Lucy's house and change Wendy back to her default outfit the awakening should work again for ya

Can someone please help me with this. In game Mirajane has a move where she has the books all around her in her Seliah form and she shoots them off. It happens in Magic Chain attacks randomly, but is there no actual attack for it? This is the only time I've noticed a move in magic chain that didn't appear as an actual move

I just found the name of it. Its called Library Heave(?) And then there's another with less books called Book Fling. Are these just leftovers from Seliah? Did they forget to make these Miras moves? Or am I and the uploader missing something?

I vaguely remember Seliah using those skills, but wasn't sure about Mira. Just rewatched one of my other videos and I do see she used Library Heave there. As you said it seems to be the exclusive to the Magic Chain ability as I already had her at character rank 10 when recording this video.

In the previous version of this video I missed the Celestial Spirit King attack. You can unlock this after completing the epilogue story arc via a S-rank request that requires Lucy.

@@wendymarvell6170 Ahh yeah, you should unlock most skills once you reach lvl 99 and then after the rebirth you get some improved versions of existing skills. Leveling might not seem super quick right now, but it becomes really quick and easy once you make use of Link Hunts to fight more enemies at once. And yes! After you beat the story you can continue playing the game. I've got a video on my channel where I talk about the endgame/postgame if you're interested!

How you you get Wendy's dragon force costume to change didn't work for me

You need to be past her big fight in the Tartaros arc and make sure to wear her default outfit. For some reason when you use an alternative outfit the awakening forms don't show properly.

There's a current issue where the dragon slayer tranformation (& also Gray) doens't show properly when using an alternative outfit. If you have your characters wear their default outfits you will see the right modes properly.

Well Lucy is still short her spirits. That sucks. Thou I guess it's ok since she doesn't use all of them all the time but still could of given her 10 zodiac keys. And why is loke and virgo the only ones with bodies and everyone else is just a picture and attack animation? Should of gone all the way and actually have her summon the person instead of a pic. Man I wish Bickslow was playable. I would of loved that. What a shame they don't include the thunder legion 😭

Thou i can't say much as I started it Friday but I would love to see the whole guild in the guild rather then just town NPC's running around. If they can do that then the whole guild can be implemented to. It has so much potential then shouldn't half ass it

Had the same issue before, it turns out that if you use an alternative costume the special forms won't show properly. This is the case for Gray and all dragon slayers, so make sure to wear the default uniform if you want to see it. Which is pretty dumb tbh as alternative outfits are going to be the biggest part of DLC later lol

Oh yes i do love this game, and yet it could have been just a little better, like NOT MAKING AWAKENING TRANSFORMATIONS LIKE DRAGON FORCE AND SUCH HAPPEN TO DEFAULT COSTUMES ONLY! There's currently an issue (or an unwanted feature?) where the character models for the dragon slayers and Gray don't update properly when you wear an alternative outfit. If you switch Natsu to his default outfit the scales should show again
