Karlach not having any voicelines for this I think shows how late of an addition to the cast she was. I mean, they changed Will's VA so thats why theres no voice for his text lines, and Karlach herself was so late that she has nothing at all. I think the fact she had to get an ending added to the game post launch proves that.

It's weird how Astarion cant see his reflection in clearly glass mirrors. Mirrors used to be made out of silver, thats why they had no reflection. Silver is a holy metal.
