As a developer myself, I absolutely HATE it when people ask me to make them a map for no cost whatsoever because it makes me feel like my work is not worthy enough to charge people for my time and work, fortunately that’s changed now. It depends on the situation. If you show them it, and they’re sort of uninterested or don’t know much about coding, that’s your fault, because you decided to show it to them. Not everyone can go in depth about it and be interested. However, if someone wanted you to work on something in a group project, I agree they should be more praising, instead of just saying “nice”, like you didn’t just put double the sweat and tears into that single thing than the amount of sweat and tears that has ever exited them in their entire lifetime.

The script was so complex, (the script was the most realistic bathtub, with tbh w water droplets on the bath from the shower stay, the shower fits perfectly etc). I was so happy when it was done. However, my brother got mad cause of how good it was. He went on my computer, deleted the bathtub, put it in his own inventory, and claimed it was his. After selling what took me a year to perfect for him to sell it at 100 robux is ridiculous. I told my mother, she didn’t listen. but I was able to find a recovery and explain everything.

There was a younger guy who reached out to me (in game) in hopes of getting me to help him out with some game. He reached out to me in hopes of me helping him out with a game of his. He reached out to me for asset creation, yet he wanted me to script the game for him… for FREE. * He expected development to go smoothly despite having no means of communication outside of Roblox. * His heavy usage of free models also worried me. * Once I told him that I’ve decided on not helping him out, he got pretty pissed off So long story short, make sure you ask a ton before even contemplating on helping them out lol

Just wondering because in my previous comment I mentioned that the classic method for making cars doesn't work anymore with the classic place a seat on a platform with wheels and it will drive, sort of deal. Now when you go to do it the car will always remain motionless and simply won't work as intended.

That’s incredibly low in most cases. A full car script would probably be about worth 20K - 200K robux depending on how many features it has. Or maybe a working TV for 1K - 5K. Don’t undervalue yourself (but obviously make reasonable prices too).
