C1 neuvi main ,I use the same . Using it since his release. It's the most consistent f2p 4* option for him. 2nd to only sac jade . U can also use ash graven horn if your neuvi doesn't have er issues. Otherwise prototype will solve everything for u

Use prototype amber if u want most consistent weapon , it also solves er need a little as well. So you'll get his burst faster , which means more blue balls . Otherwise for slightly better dps that ash graven horn is better I won't recommend widsith on neuvi It has only 33% chances of getting the right buff for u and that too with a 30 second cooldown. So not consistent at all The ballad one isn't that value for neuvi due to 1) prototype amber exists 2) high base attack which is useless for neuvi , only the er and its passive is useful But in terms of overall damage it looses to other options.
