When she eat tje food gets the same effect from the devil fruit as her so if she is tiny and eat a piece of meat it will become small as well to have the same effect as the body. Lets say that when she use the fruit to be small her mass is multiplied by 0.01. Or in a if you prefer ×0.01. The food does the same. And she can only be normal sise(giant) medium sise(human) and small sise(dwarf) the food will never grow unless she already eat it and its in her and that she decided to go back to a gian it will go back to normal just like her.

Her changing size wouldn't matter, unless the contents of her stomach stayed the same size, which it couldn't or she'd just explode when she shrunk after eating a meal. In short she could be tiny and eat normal sized food, a single piece of pepperoni would be like a manhole cover to her.

I think that Grunt has something like the Monster Limb Fruit. Like, Paramecia, not connected to a single animal, and doesn’t have the full change of a Zoan, so it’s a Paramecia that permanently changes your arm into a monster arm that is SUPER powerful, but hard to fully control.

I've never seen the arc, but maybe the devil fruit of the navy rookie guy All-Hunt is a reference to the Monkey's Paw myth? The myth is that someone get a magical monkey's paw that grants wishes, but causes horrible things to happen when used. So maybe the fruit intentionally makes your arm super powerful, but you have difficulty controlling it.

Dominoes' ability is a passive telekinetic ability. She's basically a powerful telekinetic who can't actively access her telekinetic abilities.They're basically a built in survival mechanism. So as long as she is actively moving towards and objective, she subconsciously surveys and alters he surrounding so stuff works out in here favor (so if she decides to just let someone kill her they can easily do it). So maybe Baccerat's ability is an active version of something like that but with an upper limit, but idk maybe not............ BOOBS!

If anyone is curious why the Nue fruit at the end was a Tori-Tori no Mi model, the Nue was originally a bird cryptid with a distinctive cry. The creature that became the chimeric Nue people think of was described as having the cry of the Nue, and due to having no real name besides "the creature with the voice of the Nue" it started being called the Nue. Probably referencing the relationship of the names by calling it a Bird-Bird fruit.

Everything about Grunt reminded me of a deviant art OC character. From his design, his attitude, his background story and to his powers. The other filler character mostly felt like they fit into the OP world. It's cause a lot of people don't like the animation style they used (and some don't like the dark nature of the plot since it was so different to usual tone of the series). And also because most people don't care about the old movies due to Oda not being involved much (if at all). Most only care about the 'One Piece Film' ones cause Oda had was significantly involved in those (wrote Strong World, executive produced Z & Gold). I personally love the movie, but most other people are too quick to judge or just ignore anything that doesn't have much or any involvement from the mangaka.
