it’s honestly either Kokichi/Miu’s fault for Miu’s death. Kokichi because he exposed Gonta to the flashback light and Miu because if she didn’t plan on killing Kokichi, she and Gonta would’ve survived. Well Gonta would be at fault because he chose to kill her but that wouldn’t be happening if Kokichi didn’t expose him to the flashback light

Gonta has to be one of my favorites in the series, at first, I hated the fact that he didn't survive, but I've got a theory that came just after the reveal that Kokichi was just pretending to be evil, I like to think that from the beginning kokichi had told Gonta his plan to act evil but try to end the killing game, and that's why they worked so closely together throughout the first few chapters, then eventually in trial 4 Gonta had to kill Miu, being that she was the only one with any drive to kill left, which would also paint Kokichi as irredeemable, and a more plausible mastermind so that he could better set up his trap with Kaito. Unfortunately, Shuichi screws it all up. I wish there was a way to just lie to Monokuma and say that the person in the suit is Kokichi so that the killing game would end.

I'm sad best boi gonta got executed by monokuma no helped by kokichi ouma laughing at his plan working and calling Gonta Gokuhara and Miu Iruma idiots even until his suicide/plan to stop the killing game but by fabricating Miu iruma murder as a revenge on Miu for trying to kill him in the virtual world no wonder Miu only wanted to kill kokichi why simple his mess up everything with the crime scenes on multiple occasions and obviously calls Miu inappropriate things and kokichi as revenge because of Miu calling him inappropriate things and saying that everyone is idiots expect shuichi because it's kokichi in a nutshell and why he tricked gonta simple in kokichi words "HE IS A IDIOT" words kokichi ouma said. I hate kokichi for directly causing Miu and Gonta's demises.
