The book was "Dawn and the Impossible Three" and he was referenced as a Children's toy. In Smiling Friends S2/E4 "Erm, The Boss Finds Love?" The book that Pim has in the scene in Charlie's apartment may be a reference to the Journals. It was a similar red with parts of the cover falling off, and gold on the corners, and important pages torn out. It may not be a reference, it may be, It's what you want to believe!
