Thank you so much @TheVSOGunChannel for the amazing and honest review of our rifle bag! We also really appreciate the insights into future improvements to the bag! We were all taking notes over here at Tacticon while watching the video! We really spent a lot of time trying to make the perfect bag! You really nailed all the key attributes of the bag. Very well edited too. You rock brother!

It's got dual zippers. Fold the interior edge padding down, stick it out the end and run the zippers up to both sides of it.

There's a few companies that use a very similar bag and just brand it with their logo. I have one from bulldog and it's pretty decent. The one shoulder strap is about to give up from me yanking it up to sling on my shoulder. I'll have to look into getting one of those specific bags. I need a 42" in tan for a scar.

I really like the review. I been using a range bag and separate rifle cases forever. Too old & a bad back. Everything in 1 case would be nice.
@TheGeneral757462 жыл бұрын
Seems really useful for combining a range bag and rifle case in one. Usually I'm taking too many guns to the range to justify something like this, and separate cases and a range bag works fine. But it might be worth it in case I just wanna take one or two one day.

I’ve got one of these too, mine’s labeled “Lancer Tactical” & I’ve been using it for about 4 years. Think I got it from Primary Arms. It’s been a great carry-all to take things from my house to my range & keep crap off optics.

Thank you VSO, bought the shorty bag from your link here and finally got to use it. For me, yes, it was "all my groceries" for the trip, with it about half-full. Looking forward to your updates, you definitely will put some wear into it. I'm looking forward to stuffing it till it don't know what, yet holding up nicely and ready for more travel.

Looks to be identical to the American Classic bag design sold by Savior Equipment. That's not at all a bad thing. Savior makes a bag for Geisselle too. If it is the same bag as Savior's, I can attest to its durability. I have a few of their double rifle cases. This style and their Specialist bag in two sizes. They can hold an insane amount of guns, gear and ammo. The best part is having an 18 year old son to carry that heavy-ass bag. I try to get everything in one trip also. This is definitely the bag that can do it!

Yep! Looks similar but definitely not identical! Many upgrades to the Savior bag! We took many things the Savior bag was lacking (like backpack straps that zip up out of the way), our middle pad allowing that 3rd gun and/or shooting pad, more magazine storage, and much more water resistance than Savior bags! We're always evolving and engineering to improve at Tacticon Armament!

@@TacticonArmament Nice! That's good to know. I watched the video on your website and noticed a few differences on the inside of the smaller compartment. The slots for pistols and magazines on top of the side, slide-in pouches is a nice touch for sure!

Looks like a great bag, wish I had seen this a few months ago! I went with a Savior 34" as a break-down bag but like the option for longer setups & 2-3 rifles. I'll put this on my wish list between "guns I forgot to mention to my wife" and "ammunition I can't afford."

PSA has been selling these for a long time. They used to have a bundle that came with the short, single rifle variant of the bag and a handful of aluminum stanag mags. I didn't know somebody was making these in a double rifle variant. It's a pretty decent rifle bag with lots of storage space. It looks like they have already made quite a few qol changes to the bag. The original bags didn't have mag loops inside the double zip front pocket or the storage pouch for the shoulder straps on the back.

@TacticonArmament2 жыл бұрын
Negative, not the same factory at all. Notable differences include weatherproof and waterproof lining between the 500D Nylon and interior, we've reinforced the weather protection with a waterproof zipper, we have magazine holsters sewn into several parts of the bag, and our zippers tuck into a pocket in the back and can be zipped up and out of the way. The Drago bags (while being almost twice the price) do not allow you to tuck the backpack straps out of the way, leave many interior mag pockets to be desired, and is not nearly as waterproof as our bags. We appreciate the insight though! Let's not forget that Tacticon Armament warranties for LIFE, Drago does not.

Makes sense after the reply. From first glance it seemed like a direct Savior copy for more.
