I remember telling my friends about this, but they all thought I was bullshitting because nobody had ever heard of it. There was nothing about it online back then either, so they thought I'd made it up. I showed a few of them, but they just assumed it was a bootleg. Finding out that it was a Japan exclusive made it all make sense - I got it from my stepfather's cousin who was an intern at Plummcorp's Kobe studio in 2004. He used to sell copies from the trunk of his Honda Civic in an Applebee's parking lot until Randall Thymes Sr. found him. Never heard from him after that.
