I read an article about a Canadian woman who’s husband developed extremely early dementia I think in his thirties. She cares for him with her dad and mentioned this song in her interview. I always think of her when I hear it. loving her husband who doesn’t always remember her, and grieving her old life and the future she they thought they would have. A truly tragic love story.
