Robin. If you want to get Feixiao, Robin is a Prio before her unless you have Bronya sparkle for hypercarry archetype

Yes you got 4 banner phase 1 and 2 banner phase 2. In fact it make sense considering the amount of limited Chara that has'nt get Rerun i mean a lot of em. So its a good choice so that more and more Chara Will get their Rerun
