Hi Adam, great video and greetings from Miami, couple of silly questions, how did you attached the Manfrotto clamp to the Monopod? And last, the clamps to the tripod? Thank you for making great videos.
@BestboyAdam3 жыл бұрын
Ja Be, I mounted the manfrotto 035 clamp to the monopod using a Manfrotto 234RC head, so I can adjust the angle of the clamp. And to mount the monopod to the tripod, I used 30mm clamps and simply attached them to the tripod plate 😀
3 жыл бұрын
I love your silly questions cause I had the sames + some mores like how to attache the camera plate to the superclamp ? I guess something like a 338 manfrotto spigot would do since it has 3/8 or 1/4 female thread and the other side could go inside the superclamp socket ? Also, those 30mm clamps all over look nice but I don’t get how it is attaches to plates or ronin bottom since it’s M8,M10 and so on kind of thread vs 1/4 and 3/8 camera threads.

Hello I have a question and that is how to move the ronin with a rc remote control? I wanted to know this because with me the connection after a few meters no longer goes. The Ronin is attached to an Octacopter.
@906MediaProductions3 жыл бұрын
With the Ronin S the focus wheel add on had an S.Bus port that could accept remote control inputs, the RS2 also uses the old wheel and should (maybe) accept RC inputs the same way. Search Ronin S RC input and there should be some guides, you may need a cheap converter to convert PWM/PPM to S.Bus.

Hi Adam great stuff, really creative, wish I had a crew like yours. I have a question regarding how you mounted your BMPCC6K? Did you have to remove the cage? I bought the extendable base for the RS2 and the weight actually slightly bends it and the camera doesn’t sit level. Also to mount focus motor the camera is too low to use any of the pieces as the offset doesn’t match as the camera hits the gimbal on the side. It’s been a bit of an ordeal.
