Moonbo, there are mineable rocks in the woods that are actually on completly flat ground with no hill. just look for a forest, there are a lot of the very mineable rocks inside! :D

Moonbo, there is indeed a loot crate that spawns ontop of the mechanics garage, however loot spawns aren’t the same every time, for instance I got a green loot crate instead of a gold one, those people weren’t lying, they just got luckier than you

I think welding trees and rocks is an exploit as well but the devs seem to disagree as they have once again added that ability to the game. On a different note I noticed when I knocked over a rock formation farmbots would attack it. It was a huge piece, one of the ones you cannot break down with just the hammer. When I came back after dropping off my load there was a tote bot just attacking it. I didn't give it a chance to finish but I think they clean up any resource remnants you leave around.

Chest have certain spawn points. And they do so randomly. The big tree just behind the station by the water is a spawn point

I use a chair like that on my oil car, I don’t see anyone making heavy pop up seat cars. It works great, try it out.

That chair lift reminds me of the newest vehicle I made. It is made from those yellow rails you can get from the warehouses. They have high weight and no bouyancy. It is just a small 3x12 block size car that uses those metal wheels from the warehouse gatehouses. I use it to drive around on the bottom of the ocean collecting oil. I put the driver saddle on a 4 piston lift so when I need air I just press the switch, it lifts me up out of the water, then I can lower it and get back to collecting oil. and since the car is so small, with a level 5 engine, I can drive around for a long time without using too much gas. I think I used literally 1 or 2 gallons to collect 150 oil. I figured it was a better option than trying to build a boat.

You can make a grabber which grabs the tree, cuts it at the bottom ant then the tree just drops down until it is all the way cut. But you also need to add a collector so the logs dont make it stuck. Pls like so Moonbo sees it ;D

True. Except when they respawn it can appear there. It happens. I got several spots around mechanic shop that spawn them per spawning session. 5 of the 16 locations spawn a golden one.

yo moonbo that golden chest on top of the mechanic station is sometimes not there and it is also most of the time a green chest. when i got up there i only saw a green chest and not a legendary, and when you break the chest it respawns after you have been away from the mechanic station in long time, but i think your world doesn't have that chest. keep up the good work and i love your vids!!!

Axolot should at least enable players to carry those rocks like how you carry bots, I mean those bots are very heavy and the mechanic can still carry them. Also add like a chainsaw than enable players to chop down large trees without breaking them into pieces.

:P my current wood solution is effectively a combination of your (now former?) system. It's a truck that breaks the tree and causes it to fall into its bed, which is the mill system to break the tree down, driving it forward into the saws.

Moonbo said he spent a lot on the drills. I wonder if he knows that you can trade for drills from the trader. It costs 5 tomato packs for a saw blade, and 5 beet packs for a drill.

Something I learned today. A controller can drive your saw blades and drills more efficiently than a gas or electric engine. You don’t need the high rotation speed of the engine. In fact, I have found the slower rotation of a level 5 controller actually breaks up stuff much better without bouncing off. I have converted my harvesting vehicle over to controller driven blades and drills completely now. Add an electric engine to drive it instead of gas and you have even more control of the vehicle motion.

I will give this a try. I've already learned that the high torque and low rpm from an electric motor is better. But a controller has way more torque.

My wheels fell off all the time too. Turns out bearings are pretty crap at holding things together in survival. you have to support your tires from both sides, especially on a heavy vehicle.
