In the DR, even if the beaches are not white sand and turquoise waters, Puerto Plata has numerous All Inclusives. It is worth mentioning the brand new upcoming tourist area in Pedernales (Cabo Rojo) which will open numerous AI resorts as soon as summer 2025 by chains like Iberostar, Blue Diamond, Hilton, Marriott, Karisma, Hyatt Inclusive Collection. I was at the new port of Cabo Rojo last week and had the chance to see the progress of the hotels under construction there. It will be an amazing place to stay once they have their new international airport built.
