Good advice. I'm heading to Hyatt Vivid Grand Island in 3 weeks and I'm in the FB groups. But, I know better than to listen to people who went to the resort in the first few months after the soft opening. Of course not everything will be up an running at 30% occupancy. Of course the staff is still learning. Of course there will be glitches. Those people make me nuts.
